The counties have become a great location for the "build on your lot" model. We educate Buyers challenged by the lack of inventory, the success in tear downs as an alternative to their housing goals. Finding the neighborhoods of their choice, I canvas to homeowners that have been in their homes for 20, 30, 40+ years. Most are on decent sized lots, utilities are in place, and they become a perfect option to build a new, larger brand new home on. This new business model has been successful up and down the east coast, particularly at the Jersey Shore points. And is now a model being adopted by many local Builders

As an experienced Real Estate professional, I understand the importance of marketing and getting your homes sold as quickly as possible, for top dollar to you. Marketing a Spec home on a lot attracts many qualified Buyers. Giving us a Buyer pool to sell your product to, and to introduce the "build on your lot" model to as well. Utilizing MLS reverse prospecting, social media and many other platforms, I get as many eyes on your properties possible, giving you more exposure and sales opportunities

I have spent many years working directly with National Builders as a sales representative in new home communities, as well as for smaller local Builders. My experience as a Sales and Marketing Director, gives me insight into budgeting, profitability, and successful marketing techniques.
