Finding the neighborhoods of their choice, I canvas to homeowners that have been in their homes for 20, 30, 40+ years. Most are on decent sized lots, utilities are in place, and they become a perfect option to build a new, larger brand new home on. This new business model has been successful up and down the east coast, particularly at the Jersey Shore points. And is now a model being adopted by many local Builders
