When not working...

My time is spent mostly with family. My children and my grandchildren are the world to me and participating in every aspect of their lives possible, fills my soul. My happy place is kayaking on one of the local lakes, and regenerating my faith Sunday mornings in church.

I lived in Bucks County for 25 years and raised my children there. It was a wonderful place to raise a family and offers many neighborhoods and communities full of beautiful scenery, historic sites and rich cultural heritage.

I currently live in Montgomery County and enjoy the great sense of community it brings, along with the parks, and many multi-use trails. From tight knit neighborhoods, to sprawling farms, the county consists of many Blue Ribbon schools and award winning services as well.

I grew up in Philadelphia spending my childhood in the streets and neighborhoods with my family, involved in local sports, church and community organizations. Being raised in a law enforcement family, I had a wonderful upbringing in the diversity the city offers.

I've maintained relationships with both National and Local Builders. If building your new home is your dream, we've got this! I know where and what the local builders have available for you. We can also find you a lot or a tear down opportunity in a neighborhood or school district of your choice. You can meet with the Builders, select one of their many plans and customize accordingly.

Knowing the marketplace, home values, and current economic environment, I can set the correct expectations for clients. Aligning their goals with a beneficial home sale or purchase, takes consistency and systems to be on top of every minute and every micro market. The best strategies and processes bring greater opportunities and success to my clients.
